E-RESERVATION
You can reserve an item in our boutiques from your home or anywhere else you may be. All youʼll need to do is simply click "Reserve in Store" on the product page and follow the steps.
CLICK & COLLECT
Place your order online and chose the Click & Collect option at checkout. Weʼll make sure itʼs waiting for you in the boutique of your choice so you can collect it at your convenience.

Why not start with a discovery set composed of five different fragrances? Whether you pick them yourself or opt for a selection of five of our most iconic fragrances, youʼre sure to find the right perfume – for you or for someone else.
Whenever you buy a perfume, weʼll include a sample of it with your order. That way, you can discover the fragrance and its stories before you open the bottle. Itʼs our way of giving you the time you need to make a decision thatʼs right for you.

Let us add the finishing touch to your order with a complimentary gift box. Simply select the gift-wrapping option at checkout, and weʼll pack your order beautifully in a gift box of the Maisonʼs colours.
SAME-DAY COURIER DELIVERY
Orders placed online before 4pm can be delivered the same day by courier. This service is available for deliveries to select London postcodes for a charge a £12. Diptyque offers complimentary same-day delivery for orders over £180.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Diptyque offers complimentary standard delivery for orders £50 or more. Orders will be delivered in the UK within 3-5 working days via Chronopost/DPD. The shipping fee is £5 for orders below £50.
COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS
Whether you return part or all of your order, thereʼll be no charge for sending it back.
Return your order within 28 days of the delivery date to receive a refund.

At Diptyque, the art of gift-wrapping takes inspiration from the traditional Japanese art of folding, which the Maisonʼs founders loved. With imagination and great attention to detail, gifts are dressed in folds of coloured silk papers. A singular style where gesture, technique and materials meet – and set the tone for whatʼs to come.
